Buff Shadow Punch to 80 BP. Dusknoir would benefit from it too. Marshadow, Gengar and Muk don't use it so they wouldn't miss it.
Both get Poltergeist but the PP and requiring a held item make it useless for in game play and unreliable in competitive.

Honestly? I don't think he needs anything new.
He finally got access to Trick this generation, so Klutz isn't useless anymore.
He finally got access to strong Ghost physical STAB, so he doesn't need to choose between Shadow Punch and Phantom Force anymore.
And he also got some other great moves, like Darkest Lariat and Heat Crash.
What is left to give him? Maybe a boost to Iron Fist?

I think they could only buff Iron Fist if they removed it from Conkeldurr and weakened Double Iron Bash to compensate.

I think Golurk just needs better stats. Give him Rypherior's amazing physical stats but keep his other stats the same.

Maybe a unique ability which ties into the overall theme of it having constrained power. When the "bandage" or shackle comes off, an attack boost every turn, or an excuse to give it speed boost.

I don't think anything received BST changes in Gen 8, but a lot of BST changes were handed out in Gens 6 and 7, as well as before.

Buff HP to 100, Attack to 135, Defense to 100 and Sp. Def to 90. BST becomes 535.
Buff Shadow Punch to 75/80 BP and buff Iron Fist to boost punching moves by 1/3.
Replace Klutz with No Guard and give Golurk a signature hidden ability that causes the seal on its chest to fall off when HP goes under 50%, unleashing its restrained power and increasing its Attack and Speed (a Shift Gear boost).
