Gyarados and Barraskewda are bullshit with it, and necessitate some very specific counters. This causes Ditto to be a requirement for any real team, but Ditto being required in OU makes it have high enough usage to get it barred from lower tiers.
UU would be one of the worst metas ever if Dynamax wasn't banned.
