I can't wrap my head around the fact that so many people consider new Pokémon to be the biggest draw of a new generation. Like they would forgive the rest of the game being mediocre or bad just because they got a substantial amount of new monster designs to appreciate. Having good Pokémon means very little when you have fuck all to actually do with them.
