RIDDLE ME THIS: The Pokemon MC Multiverse Conundrum

So the following presumes all of the MC's you've played throughout the generations share your name. We know from ORAS' Delta Episode that each of the cartridges are their own unique universes. And if you've played every mainline Pokemon game, then you have personally played your own personal universe in each cartridge. In fact, you likely have even transferred Pokemon between these universes. Those Pokemon you transferred remember you, their original trainer. They likely had high friendship values with you, remember your name, remember your playstyles, quirks, etc. When they get transferred, they meet this new trainer with a different trainer ID in this new universe, but perhaps the same name. But this trainer is much like yourself. Of course you are playing both trainers, so this new trainer is you: he acts just like you. But in the game itself, this phenomenon is not touched upon within the multiverse lore, and thus is not explained.

It is here that we reach what I call the Pokemon MC Multiverse Conundrum: If in the games and stories themselves each of the characters and Pokemon perceive you in the world within the lore, then they see what is essentially 'you' or your 'essence' and your decisions if made via a Pokemon character in that specific game. You are inputing these decisions while playing the game and their output are what is actually defining the lore of your specific cartridge's multiverse universe. Now here is an actual problem (actually their are several), for one, how, lore wise, does your MC know when to interact with another MC in a different universe to transfer Pokemon, say between two games in the same gen like HGSS and Platinum, at the exact right time. Does each MC share your one mind, canon wise? It must be the case, as the only possible other explanation is that lore wise someone is telling (continued)
