Alright, /vp/, I've got a good one for you. When I was a kid playing pokemon red and blue, I tried to trade a golbat that was over lvl 100. But my blood ran cold when Nurse Joy told me that ' that pokemon is abnormal ' and would not let me trade. This was years ago, and that is probably not the exact quote. But I Was never able to find any documentation of this, nor what would trigger nurse joy to call a pokemon ' abnormal. ' I had traded pokemon over / under level cap before, and had never seen any kind of error handle or corruption issues except for this one very strange over-level-100 Golbat. She wouldn't let me get into the trade room as long as that golbat was on my team. Thank you so much for explaining if there is anyone else who experienced this, and they feel like putting down a question from decades ago.
