>>45527301I personally enjoy Dynamax and see it as my number 1 gimmick of the three. It might be because I am a kaiju fan but I like seeing giants duke it. Gigantamax to me is the best thing ever because ton of the designs are crazy good. It makes so many Pokémon look way better than before and give this sense of power they are meant to have.
However I can see why certain people don't like it. Competitive people see it as 3 Z-moves with additional, positive side effects. The Dexit people hate it because of Gamefreak lies about they cut Pokémon for better animation when dynamax is literally the same model, just bigger and red clouds over their head. There is even the Grookey using the grass max move where the attack go through it's head. Seriously, they shouldn't have lied. There is even some people who hate because they feel like certain Pokémon look/feel incomplete without it.
Personally I don't mind and let people have things go their way. I really want to see how they will make it work in side games. Imagine Pokémon Mystery dungeon or Pokémon Rumble with Dynamax. Or even Pokémon Go and Pokémon Master. Fun fact: Did you know that in every Gen so far that had gimmicks, there is a legendary and mythical Pokémon that can use these gimmick? Mewtwo and Diancie for Mega, Necrozma and Marshadow for Z-moves, Urshifu and Melmetal for Gigantamax.
