>>45539951It’s more like they’re inconsistent about it (like everything else). Pokemon in the games will say a corruption of their name (ex. “raesnap” for Pansear), but at the same time in the stuff TPC makes for the “older fans” like Origins, Generations, and Twilight Wings they have a tendency to make the pokemon just use stock animal sounds.
