The story so far: It all started on deadderp hours. Like 5 people were spectating Teeny Draculeeny champing when, all of the sudden, modchat was initiated. This is usually not an issue, except that, as >>45531735 states, we couldn't see it initiate. Suddenly, there was a slip as seen in post >>45531877 . The mods have developed a script that auto-detects champ battles. It was initially believed it simply tracked the thread, so we posted tons of random battles, which got locked, until the bot or people running it evolved... Now, jannies don't even need to get inside champ battles, and people are marked as "champs".
The Showdown servers have been slow and sluggish all day, and it's theorized that it is because of the very same script they are running to end with Showderp. IMAGINE making your site run worse just to dab on random 4chan losers.
