>>45547674I agree with most of these. Although bosses absolutely SHOULD have an advantage over you, that's literally the point of a boss. I don't understand why anyone would get mad at that, the player still has the biggest advantage of them all - being able to change your team for any situation, while the NPCs are stuck being static.
And the Soundproof thing is just a smart solution to a pesky 'mon. I did the same with a Soundproof Mr Mime to deal with Exploud. I don't see how you'd remove something like that, it's literally what Pokemon is about at it's core.
I'd say the biggest issues I personally noticed were
>Double Battles with NPC partners fucking suck. There are only two of them but they're still a major chore.>Fuck off with the Doubles gimmick altogether. Either build the entire game around Singles or the entire game around Doubles, I'm happy either way but don't make 95% of the game singles, then catch me out by making me rework my entire team for a different format for like 3 battles>The AI is busted. Sometimes it does stupid shit like refusing to switch, and not understanding Wide Guard at all. Other times it literally cheats, it knows your items and it knows exactly when Pokemon will wake up ahead of time>Legendary spam in the E4 is boring>IV Maxer and the lategame move tutors are far too expensive, grinding money is still a chore>Raids are the most boring shit I've ever experienced>Buffs are based, but distributed really poorly. Some Pokemon became amazing, others got basically nothing>'Pokemon wasn't found' on the DexNav is obnoxious as fuck>Some of the info in the documents is wrong/incomplete, Spritzee's evolution method and Sableye's Stall being stealth removed without mention are just a couple I noticed, who knows how many more there are>Gift/Fishing/Safari Zone Pokemon can't be DexNaved to get good IVs>Raid-locked berries/PokemonI guess most of /vp/ would rather gossip about the guy who made it and bitch about NPC dialogue though
