I want to replay gen 2, is an Unown run too bad? Give me some odd picks for Gold/Silver, I'd llike to hunt some legendaries.

Unown gets one move, with 15 PP, between 30 and 70 power, and a random type. It's possible of course but it sounds tedious as all hell.
Dunsparce is fun, Octillery is something I never see. I recommend those two.

Try Stantler if you're playing G/S. Pineco and Gloom/Bellossom seem like unorthodox fun picks as well.

Have somebody learn some HM, delete other moves, battle Ditto, then Sketch it? It should work, anyways I'm breeding/injecting the team, catching them like a normal trainer seems insane.

If you're not gonna use slaves in battle, it doesn't matter who they are, does it? I always use Bellsprout for cut/flash, Hoothoot for fly/flash and the red Gyarados for everything else.

That'd be 3 different mons I've used before. Gyarados levels up too slowly for my taste, never using one again.

So you use HM slaves in battle?
I don't, I usually rotate my 6 team members to accomodate my HM slave when needed

The list is right above, I think a HM slave is needed for the playthrough:

>HM slave as a bad move sponge, I don't want Waterfall on Octillery, Cut is a bad move.
