Their designs are some of the most creative in the entire franchise.

The way they rolled up bamboo + kaguya the bamboo princess + bamboo rockets + the literal spacecraft nicknamed kaguya into one design is pure kino.

I think the implication is supposed to be that originally they were UBs but they've been around/known for so long that they just became Legendaries

while UBs freshly came out of the wormholes so they're classified differently and have Beast Boost
