I really wish they'd take most of Octillery's attack and put it into its other stats. He has such a great move pool, but most of it is special.

Its stats are complete garbage and keeps it from making decent use of its movepool, but being able to use any move means it will always have a niche no matter what.

To me they're pokemon that underperform even in single-player. Some PU and ZU pokemon are perfectly fine during story mode so I don't really consider them shitmons.
