It struggles every game compared to stuff like Garchomp who can sweep easier.
Choice sets need to hard predict every turn, LO sets kill themselves in 3 turns, Pads and Boots sets can't do anything, and Quiver Dance sets can be extremely threatening against some teams and useless against others.
Every team is adequately prepared to deal with it. Whether or not that's because of overcentralization is up in the air but I'm leaning towards that not being the case.
