If they keep reusing assets like 4 to Ultimate I can't see any reason why not. Puff's somewhat iconic as a Smash character.

I wish they would retool puff already. It would make a great Gen 6 rep since it has fairy nonsense now.

Give it Dazzling Gleam or disarming voice or drain kiss or something. Disarming Voice feels like it would be better thematically than Rest for her Down B anyway.
