I haven't played pokemon TCG since the late 90s and me and a bunch of buddies have gotten into it again, purchasing only gen 1 cards to play with eachother. My question for you is this, as it's impossible to find rulings for online due to being a vintange unplayable card in today's format. Look at Electrodes pokemon power. If a player chooses to do this, would the opponent take a prize card?
