So the average amount of missing Pokémon is 29.1% of that generation
And then to determine if any (or none) of the missing gens are significantly different from the average, I took the standard deviation, which is 10.50. The SD of the mean is 9.6. If I remmeber how to do this right, any value that is not with 29.1 + or - 9.6 is significantly different.
Johto and Sinnoh are significantly higher there may be some reason behind why they are proportionally cut more (LG pichu? temporal diamond?)
Also Unova is significantly low. There may be a reason why Unova has such high rep (James turner)
