They should have just made it so its entire head is just inexplicably made of ice, so when you hit it, it shatters and its just walking around without a head but still alive and perfectly fine. I like the base form, but noice face just looks lazy.

Literally any well rounded Special attacker put a hault to Eiscue. Unlike Mimikyu, you needed not only for your opponent to damage you specifically on 1 side for this to work, but you didn’t even have, but you were still weak as shit due to having an awful movepool.

You still need to change into Noice to have the speed to sweep. So forcing the switch from a physical attacker into a special attacker will give you the Belly Drum, but then you’re stuck against a special attacker that will ignore your ability, you’re at half health and still at 50 speed. You’d need the physical attacker to U-turn out to get everything set up right.
It’s nuts. They went about Eiscue like Zen Mode Darmanitan, the same generation they made Eiscue but good with Zen Mode G-Darmantian bluffing Gorilla Tactics.

The only place where it's a threat is random battles and that only if gets the coverage it needs and the chance to not die after setting up.

How will you improve Zen Mode Darmanitan tho? Assuming while following the theme of the pokemon (zen mode being a statue hence having shit speed and blistering bulk), The three methods I could think of is either:
>enter the battle with zen mode first then turn to base forme when below HP to revenge kill
>gets access to special version of Belly Drum
>Changes Base form to special oriented stat or Zen mode to physical oriented stat
