This is a literal horse that's covered in ice. If i take a real horse and freeze it, does that make it legendary?

I think its back looks too bare. It's just solid white, so the design comes across like this huge void between the dumb ice hooves and the head. Something like Rapidash got around this by making its head mane so long and also making the tail a focus point while this one's is limp and drab.

I actually like it’s design, just a couple of tweaks. Would’ve put the spike on the forehead giving it the unicorn motif (something classic armored horses often had) and the head armor in general should travel farther down the neck.

Also, I'm not saying nobody love them, I'm saying, it's ridiculous that people will try give certain Pokémon some fake rules about how they are suppose to be. Look at mythical, people believe that all mythical should be a mew clone, a rare pokemon with some sort of special power. It's the same reason why people don't like Zarude, because it doesn't have some super crazy lore behind it like Mew or have insane power to destroy or create some nonsense.
