>>45607007It's a pretty damn good check to stall offensively, and with its huge speed in the rain (outrunning Regieleki even), it also checks a lot of offensive threats to rain teams. It's been my staple ever since IoA when Sun became popular, since its Weather Ball in the sun OHKO'd Venusaur and 2HKO'd Charizard.
It's not for everyone, but it's probably the best Pokemon on my team, in terms of progress made.
