It can't be Misty, some get hung up over her age in the anime even though the character does grow up in the games.
It can't be Hex Maniac, no one agrees on what design is correct.
It can't be Olivia, not everyone is down with brown.

A lot of Pokégirls cater to different or overlapping tastes and some Pokégirl fans don't always have the same mix of tastes. Some don't like Wicke but love Melony, some won't fap to Rosa but would to Roxanne, some hate Leaf but think Hilda's the best girl-next-door character. Some are still stuck in season 1/pre-Orange Islands of the anime and only have that as a frame of reference. You're never gonna get the same answer on best girl, it's a fool's errand.
