Buff Luminous Moss, Absorb Bulb, and Cell Battery to give better stat changes
Maybe buff/nerf Rocky Helmet so that the damage calculated from activating it is "Rock-type" damage? Kinda like Stealth Rocks?
I haven't touched competitive in years though and I only played so much of it; I just wanna see the more useless/uninteresting items become at least a little more useful and interesting
