Both these Pokemon have fairly high special attack stats, and they can use moves other than their STABs which use their higher attack stat (which is something you zoomers seem to have trouble grasping). I fail to see the problem.

Counterpoint: all of these are equally as important additions because they're things the series should have (and in the split's case, were meant to have if GF had the technical prowess at the time) from the beginning.
Gen 4 only got the split because Genius Sonority did it in their games.

OW encounters are good on paper but poorly executed in LGPE and SWSH's case. The pokemon never interact with the environment. Here's some example of better overworld encounters
>Ariados and Galvantula making a web in between two trees
>Ditto disguising itself as a rock, tree, flower etc.
>pokemon based on herd animals like Mudsdale and Sawsbuck will appear in groups
>pokemon eating berries off of trees
I'm sure there are plenty more examples other anons can think of

What kind of retard can say with a straight face that dressing up their mute plank of wood has more effect on gameplay than the mechanic that alters the numbers in the battles, which are the only reason to play pokemon. And don't say battles aren't the point of the game, if that were true it would be possible to reach the end of the game without ever having to battle once to progress.
Also fuck trainer customization, wheres the pokemon customization? Why is the only thing that differentiates pokemon of the same species a shitty alternate color pallette? For a series about evolving it sure hasn't changed for 20 years.

OW encounters, on the other hand, are supposed to show enemies interacting with their surroundings and actually, ya know, living in the overworld, not pacing around aimlessly waiting for someone to chase after. There's a trick to it. That happens when the selected coordinates are a ledge or a rock. Just stand in a place that is very empty.

the complete RNG that the coordinates are selected within your range of view, and if your range of view is filled with obstacles, it won't be able to spawn, thus not finding it - so yes there is the trick of standing in a place without obstacles

and OW is slower than DexNav (not even debatable), but also slower than random encounters (easier to catch a lot of the same Pokemon in a bulk, OW is a waste of time walking around)

No, it isn't. With OW I simply walk up to the Pokemon I want and catch it. With ShitNav I have to fiddle with a retarded menu until the RNG decides to stop wasting your time, and to even USE the ShitNav in the first place you need to already have the Pokemon, which pretty much destroys the point of using it to begin with.

If it doesn't spawn (which is unlikely to begin with) then you simply walk for 3 seconds until they're out of view and then respawn them all again. It's far faster than the ShitNav and you would know this if you actually played the game.

It wouldn't be even close to as stally as singles (which would be unbearable) but a bunch of breakers and offensive support staples would be either destroyed (Glastrier, Rillaboom, Urshifu) or at very least significantly neutered (Incineroar, Moltres-Galar, etc.); on average offensive mons would lose out a lot more than bulky support mons, very few in general would have a net gain and the meta would undoubtely be worse, by how much it's debatable.
