So overall we have Sentret and Rattata, plus Phanpy, Teddiursa and Dunsparce if you're autistic. Nobody uses Ledyba or Hoppip ever. Versus... 9 perfectly usable mons, 3 that require grinding, and 2 which are not very effective against the Gastly but perfectly usable against the Misdreavus.
I get your point that not everything is usable, but perhaps that's not such a big deal? I mean I can count by one hand how many times I've used Rattata and Sentret, I don't know about you.
