- Absol (A Pokemon that is known for being around when disasters are about to happen. It would be by Brad until the end of The Painful)
- Happiny (Represents Buddy, would end up being with his adoptive daughter at the end)
- Machamp (Since Brad is a martial artist and Machamp is known to master every fighting style, it would seem like a good fit)
- Stountland (Being man's best friend, it would most likely be one of the first Pokemon he would have when it's a Lillipup. Would also hangout with Terry a lot)
