>>45622398I don't know man, this argument is brought up so often but it just seems like cherrypicking. The console games have a lot of shitty models, some Pokemon simply look better in stadium and others in the 3DS games.
As for the personality, a lot of 3DS models do have personality, perhaps not to the extent of the stadium games but no one is going to want to watch cresselias colosseum hit animation on their 3ds every fucking time she gets struck by an attack. People are just going to be spending more time on a core series gane and/or will be in a hurry since it's a portable console so they had to make the aninations faster, losing some of the personality along the way.
My biggest gripe with the new games is how we still have the same god damn models since XY, the console games do fair a bit better in this regard since some models were updated between ganes, but then you had shit like kanghaskhan that still used it's ugly stadium model in battle revolution and it stuck out luke a sore thumb.
