this doesn’t look very good but i’m sure you could iron it out. the dynamax roars (and wild battle roars as they’re the same) last a little bit longer than this.
i also feel like piplup would do a little hop before roaring.

are there some that do that? i never noticed but it wouldn’t surprise me as the same would occur even as far back as the stadium games.
regardless i feel like a proper roar for piplup would look a little bit closer to this animation from amie when you’d pet it wrong.

Yeah, I guess it should be more hyperactive, now that I think about it. The amie animation would be more suitable for a flinching animation, in my opinion.

That's not very accurate. If this is supposed to be the animation for it's roar right after Dynamaxing, its' head should be facing upwards. Also, its fins flipping upwards looks like shit, please fix it.
