Lead Aurorus with Stealth Rocks, Hyper Voice, Earth Power, and Thunder Wave.
Hawlucha with Unburden White Herb Close Combat.
Give Tyrantrum a Choice Band.
Give Gourgeist Will-O-Wisp and Knock Off.
Give Goodra either Choice Scarf or Assault Vest.
Gardevoir is fine.

Diancie should have evolved from Carbink, with Mega Diancie as her signature Pokemon.

They look similar and have similar names, so I bet the idea was on the table at some point.

Swap out Tyrantrum, Hawlucha, and Gardevoir, for Delphox, Swanna, and Diancie respectively. Heliosk, Meowstic, or Dedenne can sub for Swanna if you'd prefer all Gen 6 'mon.

Bring back the Moon fairy plot, restore Diancie's relevance to Carbink as a normal Mon, and make her a Fairy specialist to parallel Lance's Dragon wank.
She can get Wigglytuff to symbolify the Japanese myth of bunnies on the moon and Gardevoir can still be in, just taking the sideline to Diancie.

Aurorus lead
Focus Sash
Stealth Rock/Thunderbolt/Hyper Voice/Freeze Dry
Could also do Snow Warning + Aurora Veil Light Clay if you want for Hawlucha

Tyrantrum
Strong Jaw becomes Rock Head
Either keep moves and add Choice Band or make it have dragon dance over crunch with Lum Berry

Hawlucha
Replace Limber with Unburden
Power Herb
Sky Attack/Acrobatics/High Jump Kick/Swords Dance

Goodra
Sap Sipper is fine but Assault Vest would be nice
Has an okay moveset but it’s movepool is huge so maybe changes coverage based on starter?

Gourgeist
This one is hard because it doesn’t really fit with the rest of her team
Maybe just Frisk with Substitute/Leech Seed/Will o wisp and top with either Power Whip/Poltergeist/Phantom Force

Gardevoir is probably fine but it could have calm mind over tbolt to abuse the Gourgeist burn or set up behind the Veil
Also Hyper Voice slotted over Moonblast for the mega
