The original idea was to create one that was an amalgamation of my most common design tropes, which is why it will be in the Ditto egg group as a replacement for, well, Ditto.
Characteristic features we can find here:

Put the emphasis on that main feature, you know. Your art is fine m8, but it does remind me of Electabuzz a lot
