a) piplup in a flurry does three quick and consecutive pecks with its eyes closes
b) piplup leans back on one foot and puts all its force into one strong peck as it whips it’s head forward which is what it already does for it’s physical attack animation but with it’s flipper instead
look to both XY and Battle revolution for reference as both do a wonderful job showing off piplup’s personality (which makes sense because it was the same team modeling and animating both)
