Aw lil anon.
I suggest joining beginners yoga. If it is a good class it will help you naturally find the soft little pokemon inside yohrself wothout any effort at all. It certainly has helped me. Also pilates. Both are amazing. Only reason I am shitposting here is because am infection in my arm has halted me from going to yoga and pilates.

And i have some issues and pains with my shoulders, so i can't do anything else and i'm not working out anymore cause of that, i'm more sad than before...
