Reverse image searching the picture on the archives shows the original picture was first posted 3 days after the Swooshi release date so probably someone posting something from their own playthrough.
Phones have unnecessarily large resolution cameras these days since it's the kind of spec manufacturers jerk on advertising and most people don't care to resize or don't have the knowledge to do a good resize without further degrading picture quality.
