This is tricky since I like several. Giovanni is a classic, I like Lusamine's way more personal goal and Piers is just great overall, though he really isnt the main antagonist.

Boss theme or team theme? Piers for boss and Plasma for team.

Again tricky since I like more than one. Once again Rocket is a classic and Skull are just really funny punks.

Giovanni. Simple, classic and effective. Still somehow more intimidating than these outlandish higher stakes guys. HM: Guzma and SM Lusamine. Their stories were good and they were entertaining characters.

Archie/Maxie and it’s not close.
>Best Team
Rocket. Same reasons as Giovanni. Simple, classic, no redeeming qualities, no grand fake heroic goal, just classic greed. They also have the best hideout themes, dialogue and uniforms.

Actually fuck me. Guzma’s theme is right under Archie and Maxie. Skull is also right under Rocket for me as best organization. I love that family of misfits, I wish Plumeria got more to do, I feel like there was a ton of missed potential there.

I don't mind it at all. He's was the only villain with such motives before USUM Giovanni and the way he goes about to such lengths to achieve them makes him interesting to me. The motive is only 1/3 of an antagonist, after all.

Monster Lusamine had a seriously great theme
Guzma had a really interesting team, as it was just a punch of punk/runaway teens.
Team rocket is good as well, for the obvious reasons. Magma and Aqua is kinda cool since its mainly a cult. Ghetsis and his followers are kinda sick since its mainly manipulation.
