So does it pretend to look like a bug so bird pokemon go after it and instead of getting eaten it spreads its pollen/seeds onto the birds and they fly off taking it elsewhere?

I think I would like Lurantis a lot more if its animations had it swaping in and out of its flower form 90% more often. Like it only uses its mantis form when it needs to trick other pokemon, otherwise its a flower.

But yeah that’s what I mean, in battles and other active activities it could be a mantis maybe but when it’s just chilling in the overworld or in camp/amie it can be a flower, like how Stakataka works

perhaps I saw some fanart once and now I misremember things and this form exists only in concept
