You get the option to get new Pokemon, but only with 40 fucking BP, and what new Pokemon you get is random, so if you picked something that doesn't fit well with the playstyle of the team you chose, good fucking luck. You also can't go back and experiment with different teams for different facilities, once you pick your initial team only way you can change is by resetting.
It's so fucking stupid and counterintuitive to how a mode like this should ideally work, but I guess judging from
