Rotom's dex entry literally just says 'Research continues on this Pokémon' and Regidrago's says 'An academic theory proposes that Regidrago’s arms were once the head of an ancient dragon Pokémon. The theory remains unproven' - which is what you're implying the Pokedex's job is meant to be. Seems kinda pointless to have a device that auto-generates an entry but can't tell you anything about this brand new Pokemon until other people have already researched it
