I like the idea of Fairy getting another physical attack. However, 80BP seems high for something that increases a stat basically evey other turn. Maybe having it increase speed only if the foe has a berry could work.

nah i think it's good, it's pretty similar to fiery dance. i think charge beam's chance of increasing sp.atk should be raised to 100% to make it worth using

Not original but Think Fast should really be a real move.

Another idea for a physical Fairy move could be
Pulled Punch
120 Base Power 10PP 100 Accuracy
If the target has less than 100% health, this move has 60 base power instead.
