A better recovery option than Wish, so that it can actually make use of its OKish bulk. Stockpile + Swallow, maybe?
A better ability, maybe? Oblivious is decent on stallmons, but Lickilicky isn't a good stallmon. Own Tempo and Cloud Nine are really situational.
And most importantly, A BETTER FUCKING DESIGN so that people might feel inclined to use it. It would probably also help if it wasn't rare as shit in the actual game; no one has fond memories of this thing because no one ever caught one in a casual playthrough.
