Not bait. Maybe I just really like the core gameplay of pokemon, but SwSh is pretty fun for catching pokemon, and grinding pokemon is nonexistent. Instead of wild battles, just do raids for candies to get pokemon up to speed quickly. Platinum is my favorite and if it got this QoL and the huge pokemon distribution, it'd be pretty unmatched.
I used to be turned off by SwSh due to the dex cut and the 60 dollar price tag, but after getting it on a deal I can confirm it's the best 3D title easy.

I began to lose faith of Pokemon as a single player RPG back in XY and officislly gave up on that with ORAS and SuMo. I do however still love the PvP so I still play it for that.

Just the idea of remaking gen 4, which you can still play on a 3DS, is lazy and soulless.

For remakes, FRLG and HGSS get a pass because they were on game boy, which was incompatible with modern hardware, and people wanted to trade up their pokemon. ORAS was unnecessary. A D/P remake is completely pointless.

If you want this game, you're just a brainless consumer. You just want something to buy. Make them make something new. Don't allow these cop-outs. If you want to play Gen 4 so bad, you can get an emulator and a rom and be playing in 10 minutes.

It's going to be another SoulSilver/HeartGold it's gonna be another trainwreck that ORAS was. This is why I don't even want remakes anymore. they are going to be inferior to Platinum in every way. All they are gonna do is just crucify them. They will be soulless and inferior in every way, in music, aesthetics and gameplay. 3D is so fucking ugly and it was a mistake.

No matter, I have not supported GF since Sun/Moon and even that was a stretch. Should have quit Pokemon right after ORAS.

Are you out of your mind? SworShie are easily the worst games if we're going by content alone as it managed to have less post-game than some 20 years old games of the series. The only thing I can respect about these games are the QoL improvements in the competitive area, but even these should have been added a long time ago and are definitely not worth the 60$+ price tag for a game where there is absolutely nothing to do in the entire campaign. This isn't even an opinion at this point anymore.
