You either didn’t check it again (sometimes it’ll drop off for some reason) or your email prover thinks the emails are spam and puts it in a spam folder to blocks the email altogether.

Step 1: Install a free VPN in your phone.
Step 2: Change your location to Germany.
Step 3: Go to gamestop.de and find the free zarude post.
Step 4: Fill the field with your email. (Did 3 times with hotmail accounts)
Step 5: Go to your email inbox. The code is there.
Step 6: Redeem in game.

If you're that unfamiliar with VPNs you need a lot more help than this thread can reasonably spoonfeed you to safely use one for daily browsing and not be leaking your data to whoever anyways, but for now try any of the major providers like Private Internet Access or Nordvpn then uninstall when you're done.
