My vote is Zarude.
It's still new now, but people already don't give a fuck about it. This thing is already almost relevant, and it's only a few months old. I think it'll take the crown by far.
It IS still early, it could have an awesome anime portrayal, or get retarded buffs next gen, or some shit, but, as it stands, it's Literally Who: The Pokemon.
