Starmie has 100 SpA and 115 Speed and 60/85/85 defenses on a non-synergistic defensive typing with a Knock Off and U-Turn weakness. Those are BAD stats in Gen VIII to compliment a bad typing.
Starmie also has bad abilities. Analytic requires it to be slower than something, meaning it could get KO'd before getting the 30% boost. its strongest STAB is Hydro Pump which is 80% accurate.
Starmie sucks. Rapid Spin as a niche isn't even good enough since Blastoise can do that and it gets Shell Smash.
