I think you don't even need to boost to destroy most of them. The only one you'd even need to boost against is Hippo. hippo might try to use Earthquake on you but it won;t kill you because I guarantee that faggot with the hippo didn't invest in Attack. It might try to use Toxic too, but ten you can just switch to a cleric after the Hippo is dead (Blissey is probably your best bet if you need a Cleric that bad, but you're probably better off just using more attackers and support).
Oh, you're not playing a tier where Primal Groudon is legal? Sucks to be you! It's your fault for not playing actual good tiers like gen-7 Ubers (the best format in the history of ever).
