Or do a Great Ball, going back to right side-up, giving it another riff on the eyebrows. Would also be a nice nod to the lines where the middle form almost feels unnecessary.

Make it part Normal type and buff it's Sp Att a bit and it's Att by a 25. That way it'll get STAB Explosion, a few more options on attacks other than purely Electric moves, and a niche as the only other user of Explosion besides Lickilicki and legendaries to get STAB. Maybe even something like Boomburst since for whatever reason it gets Soundproof.
>tfw Gamefreak keeps adding collection mon gimmicks like Vivillion and Spinda every other Gen or so
>has never done the obvious and added alternate Voltorb and Electrode forms based on different ball types.

They could double down on the explosion character and give him a Self-Destruct electric clone. It dies and the next mon gets +2 to attack and spatk or some other bullshit
