The only reason you'd appreciate 1 is if you're a genwunner
2 has the 8-bit charm it wins by default because of SOUL
3 actually has a dedicated background and SOUL especially in the SFX (considering how crap RSE is overall)
4 is a major downgrade, loss of background and the beam is pathetic
5 isn't even trying
6+ is "nice" I guess but the 3D has homogenized everything, no SOUL
