>>45690167Since it's not in SWSH or the expansions one would expect Blitzle to appear in the expanded Sinnoh Dex (like Hoenn got expanded to include later-region mons in ORAS) along with the other missing non-Sinnoh mons. Of course that would be expecting Game Freak not to be retarded, so we'll have to wait and see if it comes to pass.
