>>45690464I would think that some Pokémon don't really eat meat or even regular food like plants or berries. Like Muk can just eat trash and oil spills or Rock Pokémon that aren't animal based can eat sand, gravel, certain minerals or iron shavings.
If it looks like a dog, bear, mustelid, cat, fox, fish, bird, carnivorous saurian, amphibian or reptile, it probably eats meat. Rodent Pokémon and ungulate Pokémon can probably thrive on plants and berries give or take exceptions pushing omnivorous behavior in their real life counterparts.
Monkeys, aliens, plant/fruit monsters, non-specific creatures and humanoids are probably omnivorous or have non-conventional diets.
