There is almost 100% certainly than in a "realistic" pokemon world there is going to be pokefucking with varying levels of acceptance depending on circumstance. Probably fine in most places so long as you don't talk about it in polite company and keep pokemon/trainer PDA limited to non-romantic gestures.

Depends on the species. If it's sapient (ie Alakazam) and/or capable of communicating, it would probably be acceptable if weird. Trying to fuck a Dunsparce, however, would probably never be accepted.
