Would make more sense if it was ground/ice. or you change the icicle part color into brown and then it'd be either ground, rock or ground/rock. Point of Vanilluxe is that it's an icicle that looks like an ice cream.

That said if this route is used, I'd change a couple things. Change the base to a darker slate blue or amber, make it look angry that it's been polluted, maybe brighten the ash a tad so it doesn't look like coal

Finally off work, did a bit of editing. Reddened the stones to look like lava rocks, as well as the base to look a bit like Pycrete. Pissed him off, and added a bit of noise to the ash/snow to look a bit dirtier, though not really necessary for a more simplistic look.
