Again, I'm just stating a fact. SWSH and LGPE use the same engine, most people agree that Sinnoh remakes will do the same.
Similarly, GameFreak has never put regional gimmicks in remakes. Secret bases weren't in FRLG, seals weren't in HGSS, character customization/style wasn't in ORAS, and Z-Moves weren't in LGPE. You can't just selectively choose how GameFreak works to suite your narrative.
If Dynamax were going to be in Sinnoh, they wouldn't have locked it to Galar like they did Z-Moves to Alola. They also wouldn't have created an explicit guideline for remakes as they did with LGPE regarding the new policy.
The games will be fine either way, Sinnoh is my favorite region next to Johto, you're the only one here that seems to be desperately clinging to one scenario despite the facts suggesting otherwise.
