The 2nd most submission with pokemon only is one with Kirlia and Braixen. At the same time they've banned all underage pokemon trainers even if drawn as adults. The only pokemon that are banned for being "underage" are baby pokemon like Pichu. At the same time when reddit purged all of it's lilocon subreddits a while back they also banned the cub ones so honestly who knows.
Being able to post it on Twitter doesn't really prove anything. Again since its non-human and a pokemon people tend not to be worked up over it but it would still make you a pedo or a pokepedo.
